I borrowed Infomap Navigator UK&Eurpoe from my brother whilst he is on holiday looking to purchase if any good, i cant seem to got it to talk the directions to me on the laptop and dont have a clue what i am doing wrong.

Sound is up full wack on the laptop and everything else works fine....any suggestions what i have done wrong ?
