Hi,
Can anyone help me. Ive just recieved my Mitac mio 168 +TT3.
Ive installed Activesync from the disk and outlook also.
I have my pda connected to my pc, but when i try to install the TT3 software i get an error message saying "cannot connect to your device".
Can anyone help please

Either your PPC isn't docked, or if it is, you may have ActiveSync 3.7 which is known to break connectivity with remote program installers. This can be fixed by download 3.6 or below, or a newer version of ActiveSync. |

Did you install ActiveSync before connecting the docking cradle and PDA to the PC?
If not, this could be the problem.
ActiveSync 3.7.1 can be downloaded from Micro$oft
Try Micro$oft ActiveSync Help files for more help. _________________ Ian.

might be more than jsut the firewall
i had same problem with the mio when i tried to install
gets to 92% then crashes
after about 5 or times it eventually worked
seems to be issues with mio and connections as im having trouble with tom tom 3.03 update as well |

if you have problem with tomtom using the exe download the zip flie and install from from there i usually find its faster to _________________ currently using aponia truck navigation on windows phone. Good bye IOS don't let the door hit you on the way out .
