TomTom GO, Garmin SP 2610, Magellan RoadMate 700?

I think the best question and comparison would be:

Between one of these 3 DEDICATED systems and a PDA-based solution, which one is best?

In my opinion, DEDICATED is best as I want a reliable, problem-free solution.

It depends on what your main requirements are.

If your main requirement is to be able to search for any address and get there, including using post codes, then the SP2610 would be best.

If your main requirement is rich looking 3D maps, then TomTom Go will be the best

If you want a different perspective on all of this, then perhaps the RoadMate may be the best (haven't had one to test yet).

Customer Feedback on Amazon US was very high for the Garmin Street Pilot 26X0 series.

I will try to write a few lines on my Street Pilot 2610, which I got only last Friday.

The more I use it, the more I love it.

That's what I call a professional kit.
