Coop Italy download problem

Hi

Have recently added some POIs for the Italian version of our Co-op which is called Coop (Italy) in the supermarket category. No matter what I do these will not download.
Normally I would select all the European countries and then combine them into one. However when I do this it downloads them as normal but will miss the Coop (Italy) out from the list. So as a test I downloaded everything for Italy and again it misses the supermarkets out, of which Coop (Italy) is the only supermarket. Just downloading Coop (Italy) on its own gives the corrupt file (with or without show link enabled) like I get generally with IE.
Have tried it with Firefox, which I normally use and also IE.
Have only added the Italian Coop in the past week, so have not tried a download before.

Anyone else get this problem or is it just me?

I just tried it and I get the same problem (using Firefox)

If I select Italy and then JUST the Shopping...Coop.... category the download is just an empty zip file.
Same happens whether or not "Show link" is selected.

Selecting other categories (eg Transport) it works OK.

Richard believes it is something to do with the brackets, so it will happen to anyone who tries to download it.
