I have once again tried to use my TT930 through the aux onto my car stereo, it works fine for both mp3's and 'Katie'.

However, how can I get the Katie to speak over the phone without cutting it off?

I just do not see the point of stopping the sound. If I play a CD in my stereo and allow Katie to use its internal speaker I can he perefectly and I also have the option to adjust the relative volumes. Playing them together through my car stereo is just a watse of time.

Does anybody esle find this frustrating? Does anybody actually use their TT through the car stereo whilst playing musis?

Regards

The only you get the option not to pause the music from the TomTom durring navigation instructions is when using a Bluetooth link between the TT and the car deck, not all car decks support this though. Even some car decks that do support Bluetooth have to employ the A2DP profile for this to work. Once its working the sound quality is very good though it is a little on the low side for the volume - Mike

No idea at all, some of us have been asking for the option to not pause music when using the FM Tx or Line Out capability, sadly deaf ears seem to be listening - Mike

I've just found the IO Play web site as it might prove a useful handfree car kit and provide blue tooth integration for my TT930, does anybody here have any experience?

There are a few of us using these BT kits, they are a cracking device, have a look at This Thread for some additional information - Mike
