Hi All,

I wonder if anyone has any suggestions to breathe life back into my 920. I began the install process of the latest map yesterday but it was taking so long to download I hit the cancel button in Home and it seems to stop gracefully with no problem.

Came to the Tom Tom this morning, sitting in the cradle and now it will not start up at all. The ONLY sign of life is when I put it back in the cradle the green charge light comes on.

I've tried the reset button but it is basically dead...any ideas?

I've pressed the reset "hole" next to the barcode, no joy - is that what you mean?

Yes, press briefly (2 secs) then release and press power button for a sec. It should reboot?
