Nissan Murano - Adding the Speedcams to the inbuilt SatNav

Hi all , I've been sort of looking into how to do this for a while now, can't see any real way to do it.
The In Built SatNav in the Murano / Navaro is the Nissan Birds Eye view which i believe is made by a company called Xanavi.
has anyone looked into doing this at all, and if so how did you get on ?
