TomTom Home Update Service

I purchased the new TomTom One IQ Routes about two weeks ago. It has Western / Central European Maps v825.2157 installed.

When I connect my device to TomTom Home 2.6 and check whether I have the latest map under the 30 day map guarantee it tells me that I have the latest map installed.

However, the Map Update Service (which gives 4 maps updates for a year at a cost) tells me that there are later maps for my device.

I am confused, free 30 day map guarantee says map is up to date. Paid map update service tells me there is a later map.

You have the latest map available. There is a known bug with 'Home' that displays the out of date map message. Just ignore it! Smile

I also have 825.2157 and am getting the same message from TomTom Home. I contacted TomTom support who confirmed that there are no newer maps

"I would like to confirm that you currently have the latest map of Western Europe installed on your TomTom Go 720. Map version 8.25 is the latest map version that is currently available.

It sounds like TomTom Home is not registering the fact that you recently updated to the latest map, please disregard this message as I can confirm that you have the latest version available.

You can check this information yourself by clicking on the following link and checking the map available in our map shop:
