Odd. I bought a refurb 720 from totalpda on 28th April, which came with LMG. It developed a hardware fault after a week or so so was returned for replacement. The replacement unit also has LMG.

Different batches maybe have different setups?[/quote]

That's probably the case...
If I remember rightly, when these "refurb" models first became available, all the shops said they DIDN'T have the Latest Map Guarantee, and were surprised when customers said they did!
I think TomTom said they didn't too!
