Probably been answered before. When uploading GPS speed cameras will this remove the Garmin speed database from the Sat Nav.

No. If you wish to disable the Garmin Safety Camera Database you can do it under Tools, Settings, Proximity Points, Change... Untick Garmin Safety Cameras.
