LMG and tomtom

well after phoneing ,emailing and been told i would not get the 825 maps i left it for a few weeks before i emailed tomtom again and mentioned this site and linked to a few post that had recieved the update.

this time they want the proof of purchase , serial number of my pnd and i leave them to it, 5 days after sending this info i get an email telling me the 825 maps are added to my account Laughing

i have also just recieved this email if antbody can shed any light on it

so if you are told no you can not have the latest maps under the lmg keep on trying
