Had a faithful Garmin c510D for several years now and feel like a change/upgrade to one of their newer models. I've previously had a TomTom but have been more than happy with Garmin and want to stick with brand. My dilemma is there is too much choice/ models to choose from! Would like as many "toys" er I mean functions as possible for the best price point (usual bog standard request Embarassed ) Looked at fantastic 865T but price is too much for me to justify Crying or Very sad At a minimum has to have Bluetooth + TMC but am really after your input please. Think I would be up for max £250 spend with decent warranty? Thank you.

Regards

Rich Very Happy

Hi Rich,

I don't have a lot to add, but last year I was looking to update my TT710.
The 2 models I was looking at was the TT720 and the Garmin 780.
I went for the TT in the end because I was used to the system.

The spec on the Garmin looked good to me.

The problem with threads like this is as you say there is so much choice. It's difficult for someone to come in and start suggesting models from such a range like Garmin. It's much easier if you've already narrowed it down to a handful of units....

That said, i'll dive in anyway. The 765T will cover all your requirements and is currently under £250 here. It has Bluetooth and TMC. It also have the new EcoRoutes feature once updated. Full Spec Here

thanks for the pointers/info , much appreciated. I can't understand why the 760 on amazon costs more than the 765t ? isn't the higher number the better specced unit on Garmins?

The cheaper 765T one is sold by Amazon.co.uk, the pricier 760 is sold by a seller using Amazon (much like an eBay seller) - under the price and stock status it says "Dispatched from and sold by..." then the seller name, either Amazon themselves or a trader.
