Dismantling tomtom 1940 car kit

As per a recommendation on here, I have bought the 1940 tomtom car kit as you can apparently dismantle and reassemble with the connector the other way round to support the 4150

I now have the older version of the 1940 kit with gooseneck etc etc but have no idea how to disassemble it. It appears to be moulded but with some gaps so it may unclip somehow but I dont want to force it the wrong way and break it.

Can anyone assist please???

OK, Ive now found the screws, so I have the kit open (D'oh!)

However, the connector itself - am I supposed to simply unplug it or is it soldered on?
