I reported a speed camera via the Tom Tom 740 over 2 months ago. I passed the camera again today and the Tom Tom failed to warn me on approach.

I have subscribed to the live service and therefore expect the camera database to be updated and accurate. It seems this is not the case.

Why doesn’t Tom Tom use the pocketgps database? It seems this database if far superior?

That is down to TomTom and who they want to get data from, if you know the PGPSW database is a better product why are you using an inferiour set up on your 740?

Get the latest files downloaded, installed and configured then disable the TT alerts to avoid the occasional double warning - Mike

TomTom are clueless about how to protect their own data.
