Car kit cabling

I have TT3 wired version using a Toshiba e350 and it really is a pain! All those trailing cables are not favoured by 'her in doors'! Does anyone know where I can get the supply cable in straight form and not coiled. I did read somewhere that it is possible to obtain the cradle with built in sound.
Any help would be appreciated.
