RDS TMC Traffic Receiver For easy access to free traffic inf

hI, PLEASE SEE EARLIER THREAD. Should I buy the 520 t or the 520 and buy the traffic receiver seperately. Am not sure if the 520t comes with the old tr which I understand is not v. functioinal or as good as the TomTom RDS-TMC Traffic Receiver 2nd Edition (v3.75)
