Hello everyone,
I am sure this question has been asked before, but I can't find it, so I am sorry in advance.
I have a tomtom one xl western europe model and have just down loaded the speed camera database and I just want to confirm that I should extract it to the folder named western europe. The reason I ask is there is also a "maps" folder with a tlv file named western europe in it. I take it it is not this one?

You are correct. All POI Files go into the Current Map Folder, in your case the one named Western Europe.
