760T - loss of camera voice alerts

I use the Pocketgps Simon mp3 files to give camera voice alerts but after months of successful use, when I installed the 19th Nov and then the 26th Nov camera database my 760T failed to give speed voice alerts and reverted to the default bongs only. It did however still give redlight camera voice alerts.

After reinstalling all relevant programs on my computer and all files on my 760. I still had no speed voice warnings, just voice alerts for redlight cameras.

I then installed the 12th Sept database on the 760 and the voice was back for all cameras.

Any ideas please anyone?

Problem solved.

I used my 760 in Germany (where it performed faultlessly) at the beginning of November. When using GPX Converter to load the EUR database I changed the Units setting to kilometres and then forgot to set it back to miles when I was back home. That done, now back to normal.
