Below is a link to a company selling the EMTAC BT receiver with data logger. There isn't any information on EMTAC's web-site regarding this product. The company, Linkpoint, is selling the unit for $360 USD without any software. This price is very high. I can buy the EMTAC BT Receiver (without data logging) or the RoyalTek BT-3000 for around $210 USD.

I'm looking for a source to buy this receiver at a lower price. Also, are there any other brands of BT receivers coming out soon with data logging?

Thanks,

It doesn't even mention the capacity of the data logger. I would be very careful with that thingie...

There was mention in some messages last fall that a number of BT GPS receivers would hit the market after Christmas with data logging capabilities. I want to purchase one soon and would like to have more options than the RoyalTek RBT-3000. Are there any new models out or coming out soon?

Thanks

The only other data logger I know of is the Deluo Blackbox. But that's for permanent placement into a car's trunk...

Ahh... 24000 records... (of what? positions or NMEA strings?)
Multi link! Sounds nice.

The device looks like it is bigger than the standard one. Maybe they have beefed up the battery as well...

transplantgps.com pricematched a Trine for me just the other day - apparently one of their distributors was selling it $50 cheaper, so they gave me the same price. That, and transplantgps.com has a better return policy - no restocking fee on opened items. Ended up being around $220US.

Heres the Trine for $219 or $229 for the WAAS version.

i guess its still better to go to transplant for better service and pricematching?
