I am looking for software that I can export my customers list from my outlook or excel and see them on screen. That will help me plan my bussines trips to my customers.
Also if I could also after that export them to my tomtom 3 that would be excelent.

Thanks for your suggestions
Efthinios

Microsoft MapPoint has a direct link to Outlook. Here on the forum we have tools that convert from Office format (excel) into TomTom OV2 format. That should work for you. Alternatively you could simply synchronize your contacts with your PDA (via ActiveSync) - TomTom can then route to these contacts, provided that the address is recognized by TomTom.

Thank you for your imidiate responce. It was realy impressive.
Further more on the topic I am actually looking for a desktop map software that will help me work faster than trying to work on the PDA. Mu ultimate goal is to pin every address on the map for each country in order to visually arange my trip. I didnt know the software that you suggested and I will check it out.
Wahat is your opinion though for autoroute 2004?
Also what programs are available to export my addresses to tomtom instead of finding each adress from my pocket pc outlook which will take a lot of time?

Thanks again

AutoRoute is the little brother of MapPoint. Nearly the same functionality, but missing the database support.
