Steve Very Happy

Why what was the issue, I managed it quite easily?

There was no issue with them the design was good and for the price? it was just that they kept falling off in the car so i took it off and went back to none..

Although it's a little fiddly to fit I find that, once it's on my 720, it doesn't fall off at all, and it eliminates the glare that I've found to be a real problem in my Ka far more effectively than the Glare Stomper.

My only concern is the lack of durability that the card offers, so I shall reserve it for unfamiliar journeys on bright days.

It is nice to have been able to remove the velcro that the Glare Stomper required though!

Hi Darren,

Thanks for the information regarding the new units not having a removable fascia, so as long as I don't update mine I will be ok.

This is ny new version:

So what do you all think?

My sun shade can also be easily fitted and removed, it may not be as durable as it is not made of card but it looks the part and does the job. I have tonight been working on a new version, it is made of the same material, hopefully I will make one up tomorrow and post the picture

Yours is very neat Bob but it relies on the gap between facia and screen. As current units no longer have removable fascias you may need to rethink this?

ZunZun's solution is universal (so far as it will fit a number of different supported devices). I should have the review up today, just need to get some in-car photos, I've given up on waiting for some sun for that part!

I hope they can sort out another method of payment, or they won't sell many in the UK!

I see that they now offer PayPal as a payment method..

For the ViaMichelin Users I can confirm that it definitely fits the X-970T and I would guess, not having them, it will also fit the X-960 and the X-980T.

It is a bit fiddly but worth the time spent to be able to see the route your supposed to be taking!

I had to re-read the PGPSW review and study the pictures to work out how to attach the elastic band properly. Finally got there!! Cool

Now just have to work out how to get it on the unit, without sending either flying! Crying or Very sad

Place the unit face up on the table, hold the sides of the visor and spread apart, lower over unit, release.
