Camera Manager should work with your C550 but it only alters the Camera Data.

For the voices it depends if your unit supports the playing of mp3s. If so, you add the mp3 to the files CM produces and upload the lot with POILoader. If your unit doesn't play mp3 there are older versions of POILoader which will work with wav files.
