I have just bought a 520 and very impressed. A few days ago I managed to get it to boot from the SD card rather than internal memory - I'm sure I did this through Home(v2.3). It is now reset and I cannot remeber how I got it to boot from the SD card - I cannot find anything in Home.

If the TomTom system files are in the root directory of the SD card then device will boot from the card, if there are no system files in the card it will automatically boot from the internal memory - Mike
