p990i using a navigator 6

Hi
I am using a Sony Ericsson P990I with a Tomtom Nav 6 version 6.021 and i am trying to get Liz Whittakers voice to work for camera warnings with out any success. I have the latest camera updates in the map file and have tried the voices in the voices file and in the map file and niether seems to work. Also i cannot find a data chk file which i seem to remember having for my N73 and nav 5 on a Nokia 6680.
can anybody help with some clear instructions please.

You don't need to hack the .chk file anymore.

For speed camera warnings, you just need to place a .ogg file in you map directory with the same name as your .ov2 and .bmp files.

Then you just go into the POI warning setup and set the distance. You no-longer have to choose the alert sound you want to play, as it detects the .ogg sound file and uses it automatically.
