Which two files? You really need to give as much information as you can about what you've done so far and what your setup is. Remember, we cannot see what is going on on your machine. For a start, is the XLS running V7 software?

Are you following all the instructions on Roussillat's website HERE especially the modification required to "screenadaptation" in the tripmaster config file?

Do you know for sure if tripmaster even works on the XLS, that model is fairly rare, and the website doesn't mention it specifically.
Why not contact the author direct. You can usually contact him HERE

Lots of questions I'm afraid, but you haven't given us much to go on so far.

I did quite a bit of messing about testing some of the applications from Roussillat last year on my One XL (same unit just the TTS is missing) and the screen was an issue to get the display correctly, I am not too sure if this was ever fixed for this type of device - Mike

On his website he says:
Quote:
These plugins work only on the following Tomtom devices, in v6 version : GOx10, GOx00, Rider, One and OneV2 !
Tripmaster v1.8, Offroad Navigator v1.7, ReverseItn v1.4, NMEALogger v1.5 and Suntime v1.7 work in v6 version on the Rider 2, after a modification in the configuration file. In v7 version, with the same modification, they also work on One XL and GOx20.

The virtual keyboard display, invoked in some Tripmaster setups, remains garbaged. This can't be fixed.
