Unlocking City Navigator NT Europe v9

Hi All,
Its been some time since I last posted and I could do with some help.
Ive been using a street pilot i3 and have had a problem with the power/upload connector. I have had this fixed and I now want to install the updates on the DVD I received from Garmin. I have loaded the DVD onto my PC and been through the map unlock wizard several times. After I type in my 25 character unlock code the wizard tells me that I have now unlocked the maps on my CD source but the map on the PC displays a yellow warning 'map detail locked' in the bottom right hand corner. I have no idea how to get it to unlock ... any clues?

I have the same problem with a c310, can't select the maps to transfer. The wizard says the maps are unlocked, it picks up the unit serial number and identifies the unlock code. What am I doing wrong
