Car charger for Ipaq 4150 and SPV E200 smartphone

I have a car charger for a Orange SPV E200 mobile phone (Windows based smartphone). Does anyone know whether it would charge my IPAQ 4150. They both share the same type of USB sync socket.

Or does anyone know where I could get the pin out information for the interfaces ?

Do not even try or you might damage your Ipaq.

Though they accept the same connector, the pin outs are completely different.
