Looking at buying the following maps. what does the PND bit mean. and what does the 7PPC mean
MioMap v3 Maps for PND - Western Europe 2007 + 7PPC for Mio C220 |

just guessing, but pnd= portable navigation device, tomtom, garmin etc
and ppc= pocket pc

Top Marks. PND is a self contained navigation device, PPc is PocketPC which is a handheld PDA that can do many tasks , one of which may be GPS. _________________ Darren Griffin |

The 7PPC is a reference to how many digits it covers for post code. In this case it's 7 (full UK). |
