Which database to use?

I am confused! I have a Garmin c330 street pilot.

The 'help' is confusing it talks about option 1. 2 or 3 yet when it comes to selecting the download you are faced with TOTALLY different descriptions.

So which one do I select to give me the most comprehensive on screen display and information

What 'Help' are you referring to?
On the main camera download page (in the big green and yellow chart) it points to These instructions for the Streetpilot c series, and I can't see any mention of options 1,2 or 3.

At a guess, the options are whether you choose the 'single file', 'consolidated by type' or 'speedzoned' set of files, and the descriptions of each of those (and the reasons why you might want to use each) are explained on the same main page below that green chart.
Assuming your unit is capable of it and you are prepared to do the extra set-up work, the "speedzoned" files give the most information.
