Help - Needed TomTom One 3rd edition

Hi, I have a Tomtom One 1st edition with Speed Camera spoken word warnings working fine.
My brother got a Tomtom One 3rd edition for Xmas and he had the beeps set up for warnings automatically. I have tried to set up the voice warnings for him (by copying the files from my One (including the zoned camera database (I know we should have paid for a separate download which he will once it is sorted)) but everytime we try to set the 'Warn when near POI' screen it asks whether this is the sound we want to hear. There is no sound and if we hit 'No' it then moves onto a screen where it is trying to find a photo and freezes.
Anyone have any idea what I doing wrong?

Karl, you are doing nothing wrong what you are seeing is a known bug with navcore 7 software, instead of answering NO try pressing YES and it will configure the warning, it doesn't actually play the warning sound and you dont have to select it - it is all automatic, once configured take it out for a test and you will find it all working assuming you have done it correctly - Mike
