Is the 920 device you have as supplied and standard, or are you running a map on the SD card slot that might "dance" - Mike

It is only the Dutch file that is in question so its not a big deal to most UK users, lets face it flower sellers might be interested but......

If TT want to keep the latest data from their top of the range device under lock and key then fair enough, thats the price you pay for having the latest device and associated data that is posible for your unit.

I wouldn't get too hung up over this issue, most recent postcode files have decreased in size, thus degrading there accuracy, not by much but it is noticable - Mike

I think the problem you are having is the extra "[/url" you are inserting at the end of the Link. Smile

I have removed the extra bit you stated Richard so try it now.

Postcodes GB 701 NL 704

It's still has the extra. It should be:
Postcodes GB 701 NL 704

Hover your mouse over the 2 Links and the Status Bar should show up the difference.

Postcodes GB 701 NL 704

The bit in red is the unwanted part. It usually happens if you use a combination of clicking the URL Button and Keyboard editing. I use the Keyboard, rather than the mouse, because I find it quicker. Smile

Can you pen the VERSION file that is paired to the NL zip file and see what version it reports?

Thst will be more definitive than what HOME reports.

It still comes up with Access Denied. I can only assume that it is tied in to your details somewhere. Sad

I have copied this url from scratch for postcodes with .ver files:

http://tomtom-uk.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/tomtom_uk.cfg/php/enduser/fattach_get.php?p_sid=TaTsg_Vi&p_accessibility=&p_id=3025881&p_tbl=1&p_created=1200306922

I have done nothing to this one Richard. If this is not working i am not sure what else to do. If you can alter it to work properly then carry on. Confused
