None of what you have just posted corresponds in any shape or form to my TT or the poi's i've down loaded???

Is there any way I could ring you or if you'd prefer you could ring me?

Why? you haven't asked a question in over a week, and that was apparently being dealt with by Richard. Tell us where you've got to and what the current problem is; somebody is bound to pick it up.

Did you speak to Richard on the phone as i also thought that you had it working. Where are you stuck at in getting the POI's to your TT and we will see what we can do

Have you managed to download the OV2 & BMP files to your PC? Can the PC "see" the TomTom?
