Sent! I just realized everyone is using 80x80 so I am going to make a 80x80 too.
@mostdom: let me think about it. |

Yep, 128x128 works fine on mine, and occupies quite a lot of space:
I've also sent you the 80x80 version. |

Damed if I'll get stuck behind that thing, *ing road hog!
Ideal size of the car on a 80x80 cursor is like darren'd red Land Rover as this fits to the road nicely, but for a bit of extra detail you can fill the square a bit more like some of the others without it looking too obtrusive. _________________ Dom

For anyone interested in changing the display icon on the 910 download this from Link removed by Admin and overwrite the files on the 910. In the change preferences you will find it now has the option to change car symbol as well as some other extras. |

PI have removed the link temporarily. Without inspecting the download myself I don't know what it contained but its is likely that any methods to bypass restrictions such as this are a breach of the licence agreement.
If I can verify that the files do not breach the licence then I will reinstate the link. _________________ Darren Griffin |

I'm trying to do my own but am failing miserably. I'm using Photoshop cs3 and I uploaded my image of the Mrs' Vauxhall Zafira Active and then altered the pic to a red background, 80x80 pixels and saved it as a .bmp file but it would not show up. I'm useless using these photoshop versions so if you know where I'm going wrong it would be appreciated.
Could it be there is no border? If so how do you put a border on? .
Failing that has anyone got a pic of a '07 Silver Vauxhall Zafira Active?
Thanks for any help. Brill site btw. |

It's a pity Mostdom's busy preparing for his IAM exam or he'd have knocked you one up like a shot.
I dunno where you're going wrong - bit of a novice myself too. I'm afraid this is the best picture I could find, so if you don't mind driving a bit sideways, this may do for you - right click and save as. But remember, this is a JPG, so it needs to be re-saved as a BMP.
Possible going wrongs = The background colour has to be true red - the numbers have to be 255, 255, 255.
To change the background colour, don't use the fill tool - I think it sort of fills, but not completely solid - use the Pencil tool and draw all over it. Zoom in until you can see the pixels, change the Pencil size to be able to get fine detail.

In a moment out from my swatting, I couldn't find any decent pictures displaying the back of a Zafira! Post me or find me a picture to use and I will oblidge a quick knocking. (behind and slightly elevated preferably)
Now, back to swatting! _________________ Dom

If you email the image you have to me I can see where you're going wrong and sort one out for you?

Did you look at the link that was posted for 910 model and check it out ? .. or has anybody got a 910 working that you can use custom cursors with.
