|
|
Hi,
Just got a Rikaline 6010 for my Ipaq 2210 with tom tom navigator 2, I'ts been sat on the roof of my car all night & only picked up a signal for about 10 min. I have the beam switched off, the correct gps selected & com port 1, in gps status everything is greyed out all the time except for the 10 min it worked. Could I have a dodgy unit or cable ? - when it worked it picked up about 8 or 9 sats I think.
Hope someone can shed some light |

make sure you use GPS driver 2.07, and speciify plain old COM1: at NMEA 4800 . Make sure no keyboard driver is installed/active. If it still doesn't work, get your unit replaced. _________________ Lutz

I use a 6010 with my 5450, using gps ver. 2.08 and have had no problems. I use the rikaline option on com 1.
