TomTom 520 & SE W810i

Been having trouble with my 500 & 810 for a long time, so gave up and got a bt headset. Now the 720/520's out, I thought I'd treat myself

Have had trouble trying to get my 520 to work with the 810 though, as the handset seems to be constantly trying to download something over the internet once it's connected to the 520.

If I disable "Wireless Data" on the 520, then I have to restart the phone cos it seems to lock it to internet use and gives no volume to any calls. Once rebooted the issue seems to go away and the handset connects again for voice calls as normal.

Anyone know what it might be trying to download or if there's a separate problem?
