XDA Mini...

I am using an XDA Mini and as anyone who has one will know, the speaker is lousy. I have now conected up a powered speaker which works a treat apart from one thing. The 2.5 jackplug socket sits about 15mm from the charging socket on the XDA so you get a constant high pitched whistle/whine similar to a mains hum which is pretty irritating .

Does anyone know a way of getting rid of this? Or has anyone tried Ferrite rings, which have been suggested, as a possible cure?

The most probable cause for this is a term called "Ground Loop" to get rid of the noise you need to connect a ground loop isolator between the two devices, one such device can be found Here - Mike
