POI Visibility iCN520

Hi

I am having (and have always had) problems with my POI icons. I have added the speed cams and a few others total 12 they are visable from a scale of 12 mi (bottom left of screen) There is no problem with these, they were all added at the smae time.

I have today tried adding a new POI, it has coppied to iCN fine, however I can only view the POI icon if I zoom in to a scale of 320ft. This is no good as it is a hotel chain and I want to be able to see the icons like the other icons.

I have checked the settings, i.e. Active, audio Warning, Visual Warning, all are turned on like to other 12 POI's, when uploading I checked maximum visibility, etc, all as per other POI's.

I just can't think why this POI icon will not show up unless highly zoomed in. Icon is 40x40.

Anyone help?

What happens if you remove all other Custom POI from your device and leave just hotels?
