I have just bought the Medion GoPal PNA210T from Currys for £99

Does anyone know if i can install and other programs or get windows working on it????

yes is the answer you can upgrade to gopal PE version which will give you all the options to include voice alerts for all poi's just like tomtom .And you can install tomtom 5. Basicaly it is a windows ce device. so if you have software that runs on windows ce you can install it
