Removing Garmin Speed Cameras

I have installed on my Nuvi 350 the garmin speed camera database which I think is rubbish. I want to know how to remove these in order to load the camera files from here. As when i load the database from here, it works with the Garmin database and is annoying to say the least. Thanks in advance, Kev.

Not sure if the 350 is the same as the 660, but i go onto the spanner sign (tools) find Proximity points, then change Alerts. You get the option to un-tick on the Garmin Safety Cameras and tick Custom POI's.

I would do this after downloading and installing from this site.
There is no need to delete any files.
