using TT2 european maps and crossing borders

hello,
can anyone suggest a solution to my problem, I am intending to drive from germany through belgium and then into france, i have the various maps loaded onto my SD, but I want the most direct route from one german city to one french city, how can I achieve this, as each countries map can only be running individually.

The only way to achive this is to pre-plan the route on a paper map or use Autoroute, not the border crossings then set these as you destinations in each country.

It is rumoured that TTNav3 will allow cross border navigation.
