Apologies about the quote being wrong way round in my last message. I thought the point was clear, forums are for discussion and debate aren't they? however unsavoury the subject (within common decency of course). One way of control is to say that we are not entering into a debate and leave it at that. I actually think that these forums are some of the most informative that I have read and that is because of the discussion and debate that goes on within them.

The option to change the software doesn't make people feel any less dissapointed when they discover they have been lulled into a false sense of security by advertising that is dubious to say the least.

On a lighter note (well sort of), I bought co-pilot and an Ipaq and later discovered you can't get USA maps without uninstalling the uk software, and buying the us software and maps.
