Tom Tom Safety Camera Alerts

Sorry this may be obvious

I have just bought a TomTom 910 and dowloaded the speed cameras from the TotTom Plus site. I receive a visible alert when approching them but do not get an audible alert.

I have dowloaded a silent voice so that I can turn off standard direction instructions and have the speaker on.

Does anybody know how to set the safety cameras up so that I can get an audible alert. This is driving me mad

Please have a read through THIS Page, - #7 will give you the answers, but in short you cannot do this with the TomTom database.

There are lots of other links from the page I have directed you to, and I would suggest you take some time to read through the ones of interest, you can have spoken camera alerts (something the 910 is very good at when using a computer voice TTS). The most import thing to do with your new toy is back it up to the PC - Mike
