|
|
Hi - I just downloaded the new maps for TT GO 500 and need a bigger SD card. I tried dragging and dropping the contents of my TT to a new 512MB card (Sandisk) but when I put it in my TT thinks there's no card there. What am I doing wrong??
(Of course, if TT had warned us all that the bl00dy map wouldn't fit in the first place, I'd have bough it on SD rather than download it !!!) |

Back up your 'old' card using TT Home, put it new card, and then Restore to your new card.
Works a treat.

Dragging and dropping all the contents of the disk to the bigger card works, but only if you have enabled show all files in windows. The normal windows default is not to show system files and it is these that you need for it recognise the card. |
