HP/Compaq Authorised Repairer?

Dear Pocket GPS

I need a HP/Compaq authorised dealer who can provide me with a quotation for repair. I have used the HP website but that just gives me details of where I send my Ipaq and not just for quotation!!

The reason I need this is that a well known GPS dealer damaged my Ipaq3970 and they will only pay for the repair on production of an authorised quotation!

This seams simple enough but I can not find anyone who can provide this?

However, they're pretty useless as it takes 5 days to get a quote and theperson i spoke to couldn't even identify the part no. I needed .
