I have an IPAQ 2210 and am running tomtom nav 2.4 and a bluetooth tomtom gps receiver. My problem is that during a journey it just stops working, if I reset the bluetooth link it's ok again for a while then does it again.

I think I have removed the 2.09 drivers I have read so much about but to be honest am not 100% sure.

Any help or pointers would be much appreciated.

There are a couple of threads in GPS beginners lounge about this problem.
One started by myself.
My problem was not the bluetooth but the SD card the maps were loaded onto, it works fine if they are loaded into memory.

Tony,

thanks for the reply, I had a look in the beginers section, very interesting. I get this problem even when I am not using the maps or trying to navigate to a place. The link between the tomtom GPS and the Ipaq just locks up for some reason.

I guess I might have to trash it all and start again, with the original drivers that came with the nav software and hope that does the trick, or is it not going to be that straight forward?.

Being a total novice at this pda stuff does not help either, but i,m sure i'll get there in the end.

Rgds
