Mio c210

Hi to all
I am new to gps just got my first one
MIO c210 it has all the map's on it and allso a SD card slot.
can anybody tell me what format the card hav and hoe to put voices and maps on it
i have put some voices on a sd card but the c210 doesent see the card
what am i doing wrong.
Any help or any info on this moddle would be helpful as i am a 49 year old dummy ().

Hi Alan

You are not alone in your C210 not seeing your SD card - mine was sent off to the Mio repair centre in Salford for just that reason. It was formatted correctly and the "Maps of Europe" icons quite clearly showed up on my card-reader - however, they sent it back saying no faults on it.

Which was clearly crap - now on monday it is going to Mio in Belgium for them to look at!!! My saga with Mio has been going on since June and I have been on two holidays the other side of the channel where it would have been invaluable!!!

Take a look at other peoples queries on the C210 and Maps of Europe and see if you can make yours work - mine didn't despite following a) Mio's official instructions b) advice from this site.
