Re-installing CP 6 on new device

I have just arranged an upgrade of my PPC phone, and am planning to install my CP6 on the new device. Will I be able to reactivate it? Also, if I were to give the Mrs my old PPC, would the copy of CP still work on that following the new install?

Also, I am thinking of getting a copy of TomTom Navigator..... will this work with teh CP GPS receiver (Bluetooth)?

I have CP5 but I'm sure you won't be able to use it on a new device and keep on using it on the old device. This is because you'll have to deactivate it on the old device to get a deactivation code that will then let you activate it on your new device.
