A question of which speed camera folder

I have a TT510 an i will be buying pocketgps speed camera POI's
I have uploaded a free old version from poiedit and i dont get sounds.
I expect and lloking throught the forums that there have been many improvrments.
I want the speed cameras with 30, 40 , 50 images and a sound to warn me when i approach it.
Do they do that? and if so what folder is it.
