You should stop it from the task tray, lower right, before removing the card. I don`t think they`re hotswap yet. Just right click on the program icon and exit or something. Its only basically so it doesn`t attempt to write to or read it whilst removing. Then swap cards and likewise with this one when you need to change. Some lappies have dual pcm ports, so you may be ok there.
