The last time i e-mailed Navman Support it took them 3 weeks to reply and that was good. The time before that i waited nearly 7 weeks.

I e-mailed them after i had bought a 530 through the pipeline offer and then realised i could have got it £30 cheaper through the loyalty offer.(already had a 610)

They e-mailed me back within 24 hours and refunded me the £30 to my card.

Called them a couple of times not long after I'd brought my ICN510, and on both occasions they were polite, efficient, and solved the problems.

On the last occasion, they spoke to me at work, as the Software Key was corrupt on my ICN, and talked me through a total step by step re-install. You can't ask for more than that.

Andy.

problem getting european maps to load. 4 requests over 5weeks have resulted in absolutely no response. Has anyone actually checked to see if the support button (or any of the contact buttons) are real or just dummies.??

I still haven't had a reply to an email sent 6 weeks ago and it takes a while to wait on the phone to get support.

The Stylus broke after a day and the battery dies and doesn't wake up unless you give it near full charge.

As I waited so long for a customer service response it means I'm over 28 days and they won't give me my money back. I'm having to send it back for repair but do not trust them to send it back any time soon.

All in all, I would definately NOT recommend NavMan and won't be buying again.
